Everyday the bread vendor would cycle by my house singing "Bolillo"/ "Bolillo, quien quiere bolillo"? around lunch time. the Bolillo is a kind of bread typical of Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico. The people who sell bread, icecream, corn on the cob with cream, lime and chili or Sweet potatoes in the streets punctuate the days with their "pregones" , their cries.
